IR Dynamics, Inc. developed advanced vanadium dioxide (VO₂) nanoparticle technology for high-performance energy-saving coatings.

The technology has been exclusively licensed to Vorynis SRL, a Romania-based advanced materials company focused on completing scale-up, industrialization, and commercialization.

IR Dynamics continues to own and manage its legacy intellectual property and corporate interests, while Vorynis leads the next stage of technology development and market deployment.
